Rich is a transformational humanitarian committed to helping people live with dignity and purpose. He is the founder of Twenty Together – a movement designed to rebuild communities through radical generosity.

Built on the belief that traditional systems have left too many people behind, Twenty Together empowers everyday households to contribute just $20 a month into a community fund that directly supports families facing sudden financial hardship. Rich is on a mission to redefine what community really looks like – where neighbors step in, not institutions, and where real help shows up when it’s needed most.

Working as an entrepreneur and humanitarian, building relationships across industries, Rich saw a growing gap – people in real need were
falling through the cracks, often with no immediate help available. Twenty Together was created to change that.

His passion is deeply personal. Having experienced both success and struggle, Rich is driven to help people who feel overlooked, burdened, or stuck – providing real support in the moments that matter most.

Through Twenty Together, he is leading a new model of neighbor-to-neighbor generosity rooted in compassion, action, and shared responsibility – restoring hope, strengthening communities, and
proving that small, consistent acts of giving can create life-changing impact.
